Terms of Service

Please read these terms carefully before submitting your order to us. 

 

ORDERS & ACCEPTANCE

Order Acceptance Your order is officially accepted when you complete the checkout process on our website (www.matesbahrain.com). Once accepted, we are committed to fulfilling your order. 

 

Accuracy 

You are solely responsible for providing accurate delivery information at checkout, including the correct contact phone number, street name, building number, and apartment details to ensure a smooth delivery process. 

 

PRICING & PAYMENT

  • All prices displayed on our website are inclusive of VAT.
  • We reserve the right to change prices at any time without prior notice. Any price change will not affect an order that has already been accepted.
  • We accept all major credit and debit cards online at checkout.
  • Cash On Delivery is available for all delivery addresses within Bahrain. 

 

DELIVERY POLICY

Delivery Fees

All orders across Bahrain qualify for 100% Free Delivery, with no minimum purchase required. 

Daily Cut-Off Times

  • Orders received before 12:30 PM local Bahrain time qualify for Same Day Delivery.
  • Orders received after 12:30 PM local Bahrain time will be dispatched for Next Day Delivery.
  • Standard delivery hours run until 7:00 PM (Bahrain time), on business days.
  • We do not deliver on Fridays or official public holidays. Orders placed on these days will be processed on the next business day.

Failed Delivery Attempts 

We provide up to two (2) delivery attempts for your order. If you are unreachable or unavailable after two attempts, the order will be automatically cancelled.

  • If your order was prepaid online, a 100% full refund will be issued back to your original payment method. 
  • If your order was placed as Cash on Delivery (COD), no charge is made until the order is delivered, so no refund is applicable; the order will simply be cancelled. 

 

PRODUCT DISPLAY

All product details, imagery, and specifications are intended as a guide to give a general approximation of our products. Actual colors of the products and packaging may vary slightly from the photographs depending on your monitor or mobile screen display settings. 

 

RETURNS & REFUNDS

As a food business, we do not accept returns for reasons of hygiene and food safety. However, we will issue a refund or free replacement if:

  • Your order arrives damaged,
  • You receive the wrong item, or
  • Your order is confirmed missing despite a completed delivery notification.

To be eligible, you must contact us at admin@futuredgt.com within 48 hours of delivery, including your order number and a photo of the damaged item and/or packaging where applicable. Approved refunds are issued back to your original payment method only, and may take 5-10 business days to reflect depending on your bank. 

 

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability to you in connection with any order is limited to the value of that order. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from your use of our website or products. 

 

GOVERNING LAW

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Bahrain. Any dispute shall first be addressed through good-faith discussion, and failing resolution, shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of the Kingdom of Bahrain. 

 

CHANGES TO THESE TERMS

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our website following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
